At Sigma Coffee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home brewing setup. If your equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Sigma Coffee account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unused coffee gear and all original accessories back into their original box to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5 business days.
